    I'm training for a Triathlon at the minute and I'm looking to create a playlist on my ipod of music to listen to whilst i'm training.

    Anyone wanna throw in a song or two they think might be worthwhile, please feel free

    Cliches, I know. But good, I think.

    And some Beatles stuff keeps the spirits up.

    And if you can find something really annoying or frustrating, it might make you work that little bit harder.

    Worked for me when I had 2 stone to lose, anyway!
