Skilled working visa for Oz

    Hi,
    can anyone tell me if it is possible to apply for a skilled working visa in Oz while on a working holiday visa 12 month. I don't want to go to the expense of a SWV before I see the country and decide if its what I really want.

    My own experience is I went from a working holiday Visa to a 4 year Employer sponsored visa (3 years) and then to a ENS Permanent resident visa. Easy ...I didnt even have to leave Australia at any time for the visa grant.

    Only trick is finding an employer willing to sponsor in the first place.
