Message Icon on SE w595 but no message

    Hi

    Just wondering if anyone can help.

    I got a message saying a message was waiting and i needed to delete some txts to make space. So i did this but then nothing came through for a while and then it asked me again.

    So I then went through and deleted about 200 msgs.

    Now i have a message Icon and a "New Events (1)" message, but no text in the inbox [despite it saying "Inbox (1)".

    Please help, it is driving me mad!!

    p.s. oh and i tried sending a txt too and it just made everything go up to (2) but once I opened it it just went back to the (1) phantom one again.

    yeah i did, sorry i should have said. i removed the battery and everything

    at first i wondered if it was because i put a memory card in but i checked what was saved to the card and nothing showed up?

    Maybe i will try removing the card again...
