    Hi,
    Does anyone here dream and know that they are dreaming during the dream??? I dream every night but this probably happens about once a week. I am able to wake myself from the dream if I want although I don't usually unless its a nightmare. I also have full control of my actions in the dream. I often fly in the dreams and it feels so real that it is almost a pity to wake up!

    I dream most nights to and sometimes I have managed to wake up in the middle of a dream then go back to sleep and continue the dream .But it's 50/50 between me and my subconcious who gets to direct the ending
