Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

While its cheap and might be ok for general use. If its for photography specifically you're buying it for I'd have a look at http://www.tftcentral.co.uk.

    Especially the FAQ

From the specs on Lidls website, the monitor only has an analogue VGA not the more modern, digital and usually higher quality DVI connection. The viewing angles are 170 degrees horizontally and 160 vertically. This usually indicates that a cheaper technology is being used (called a TN panel see tftcentral for a good explanation) in the LCD Panel.

This means the colours displayed will not be very accurate. This will affect your photos. It may not be by much but may be just noticeable. While you don't have to splash out on the most colour accurate money can buy. A little research could get you a much better monitor for only a little more money.

On the other hand Lidl have a 28 day money back guarantee, so maybe buy it try it out and see if you're happy with it.

I hoped that helped more than confused.:D

I got myself a pair of HP LP2065 monitors, from laptopsdirect. Great price and very good quality monitors. They're S-IPS monitors.
