User seems to be having a problem with their account.

The user who started this thread (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=61306240#post61306240) seems to be having a problem with it. He seems to be having a problem posting in the helpdesk as well so I don't want to move the thread here. Can you guys look into it and see if you can spot anything from your end.

Right permissions across the board.
