    Who is the best tattoo artist in preferbly Dublin or any where in Ireland to do script and Roman Numerels in Black.Dose not matter how expensive.

    Any tattooist worth his salt....Script and numeras wouldn't be the hardest of things to do for any tattooist

    I concur with Raze. While its no walk in the part to do script etc, it would be on the lower end of the skill scale so to speak, just look at some portfolios and for an artist with experience in doing script and you'll be fine.
    There's no one who could be described as 'the best at script' as its not an area of the craft to be developed as much as say Biomech or portrait tattoos.
    You'll be looking at 80 to 120 per hour for your tattoo.
