I'm 15 and a real photography newbie so any recomendations are very much appreciated!
Not sure if it's the right type of photo for this category, apologies if it isn't.
Also, sorry for it being a link and not the photo, I dont know how to put photos in a reply, other than one's from google images etc.

Welcome aboard! Well done for getting involved. If you check the FAQ's at the top of the main forum you will see a posting of how to include images inline in your post - pix.ie makes it really easy with ready made code at 800px to copy and paste. All in the FAQ.

Thanks Homer for running the assignment - you did a fine job in spite of some early protests!

Sorry if I seemed a bit smart last night- I did not intend it that way.


I was always hoping I would not win the assignment as the photo I submitted was taken on the Saturday b4 the assignment started at the U2 gig.

I was messin' with the photos on PS later that week in Cork when I was stuck in a Hotel room - and decided to slip one in:)- totally thinkin' that it had a snowball's chance.

Sorry about that - I genuinely did not mean to cheat.
And if I had won I would have withdrawn also.
