Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Broken fibula and dislocated foot advice.

    Hi guys, i broke my fibula and dislocated my foot recently, foot was really sore to get put back into place. i'm quite active sports wise and want to look after these injuries in future, basically i'm wondering is there repercussions of either of these injuries down the road, and what can i do to help prevent aggrevating them??     ultra sound can help with scar tissue Ive got a really bad knee and get that done quit a bit helps a lot... Chocgirl who replied to my thread on posture could possbily give you some ideas on what to do, but make sure you do the hole phisio thing and give it time to heal...
