    OP make a note of your line stats
    then follow this - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=54381143&postcount=6
    then make a note of your line stats again

    Then post all the info here, don't be so quick to blame BT when it comes to line speed, you must rule out problems in your home first

    i am getting very slow speeds as well i followed the link but i cant see how i can checkmy line stats i have a bt modem i think 21 25 its ok thanks i googled this line stats and will do some checks and see if my speed is being affected at homehttp://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php this link might help the op
