most timber yards sell them price vary

i recently got some for €18 each but i had spent €1500 on decking supplies but what i did learn is shop around as 4 different places price varied from €2800 to €1500

As noted repeatedly here on b.ie there are serious health issues with the old creosote treated railway sleepers so proceed with care. AFAIK now illegal to sell them to Joe Public
