    Hello,

I got eircom line connected to get Smart Living Plus Broadband. Thing is it says on the site that if ordered online connection fee and wireless modem will be free, but how to order this online? I do not see any option for that. And i have been told that if I will order by phone I have to pay.

Any solutions? anyone knows how to order this online?

Not trying to be funny but did you ask smart's sales dept first?

There doesn't seem to be any way of ordering those online.

@Onikage - yes and sale person says that I need to pay as this is available for other services. But as I have showed with the link it is available for this service as well.

@jor el - yeah seems like that I think next time I call I will try to get connected with supervisor and discuss this one.

Ask Smart on their own support forums, might be better than the phone.

Hi Fresh, we went through the same thing just yesterday. We had to pay the connection fee (of 30 euro) since we couldn't order it online to get it free. We took the normal (non wireless) modem ourselves though, will hook it up to our own wireless router :)

That what I was thinking to do as a last resort. I do not have wireless router tho, but I think I might buy better one for simillar price.

    Thanks

I think this maybe the correct link:

    http://www.smarttelecom.ie/home_broadband/more_details/Smart_7Mb.aspx

But don't quote me on it. You are right, the offnet products are really difficult to find on the site.

You should go and raise this on the Smart support forums.
