I have a question which I hope you experts can answer, how do you know when these beans are ripe for picking. The pods are a lovely mottled green and pink but the beans are still small, ie the size of a bean in a tin of beans. They are also still palin pale green. Should the beans be speckled and bigger, or is this too…
