for the past week iv been going out the door and keep seeing bird **** near the door

took no noticed and got hot water to wash it away

this happened again and i was very puzzled, then i looked up and i saw what looks to be like a swallows nest

I dont mind birds tbh but the feckers keep ****ting right out side my door but im not going near their nest

so my question is how long is the nesting season, when will they be gone ?

Nesting starts in April or May. They can have 2 or 3 clutches with hatching taking about 16 days and fledging between 17 and 24 days later. So they should be gone after about 5 or 6 weeks from egg laying.

If it is under the eaves stuck to the wall it is probably House Martins,
not that that is any help to you :D and their sh*t makes just as much
    mess as a Swallow's!

But they are getting rare so think how lucky you are that they chose
    your house to build on.;)
