I set the seeds in compost in the greenhouse, they germinated quickly and got to about an inch in height.
Then the edges of the leaves began to turn pale, eventually spreading to the entire leaves, then they just keeled over and died. :(

Everything else in the greenhouse and garden is flourishing wonderfully well, is there something I don't know about Collards?
The variety I set is "Georgia Southern".

I'm on my second attempt now and the seedlings are just visible.
What to do to keep them alive this time?

Any input at all would be appreciated.

Quick...before these little seedlings decide to die!
