That really was horrible stuff to watch. I thought McEvoy was really bad, and he didnt seem to think any situation through...couldn't see further than his own 2 cards.

+1,000,000 on Brad Garrett. He's an arsehole plain & simple.

Have been hugely dissapointed with ESPN's WSOP coverage of the 2009 WSOP so far. Both last weeks (seniors) show & this weeks (charity) show were pretty poor and the €40,000 1st event wasn't that good either.

Plan now is to show a whole lot of the main event and nothing else :eek:

I will enjoy the main event for sure but question why they decided on this schedule and ignored most of the tournaments completely.

That structure looked like a joke. Am i right in thinking that by the time it got heads up the average stack was just over 1BB?

better structure in a super turbo on ppp..coverage is really poor this year..main event cant be any worse,anyone know how many episodes it going to be?

Not sure how many episodes but thers's gonna be a lot as they are showing it right up till the final table on Nov 9

Probably did, but in fairness he had the whole table on tilt, and this has to be an advantage later on. He seemed to be using the fact that everyone did not want to commit chips without a monster. He got lucky with some great cards to bluff at in some spots as well, 4th suited card ace on the river etc.. He may have been getting called without those rivers..

Might be the way to go sometimes for the main (not that id know) but there is so much talk about small pot poker from pros and scared money in the event doing the opposite might be best in the longrun..
