Parking fine web site is down, good for a laugh

    I received a fixed penalty notice in the post today. €40, I got busted, my bad. Went to the web site to pay the fine, and lo and behold the site is down. Paid the fine on the phone and operator said yeah the site is down. Wonder if it has ever been up.

    Funny part is this blurb on their web site:
