hi i've been suffering with dry skin on my face resulting in red blotches for the last couple of years. is it better to wash ones face in the sink or under luke warm water in the shower?? when one washes their face does it strip away face oils or does it refresh the face.? shuoud one wash their face every second nite and…

Some moisturisers will replace any oils lost through washing OP but you might ask your GP or a skin Specialist who will help give you the best advice for your particular situation .Am sure you know this already but drinking plenty of water is the best thing for our skins
