I usually don't subscribe to threads, but I am often interested in checking back on what I've posted in the last few days. Usually I do this by finding a thread I've posted on, and opening the menu and selecting "Find all posts by astrofool".

However, I'm sure returning all my posts is a drain on the SQL server, so would suggest that a quick link in the User CP horizontal menu for "my recent posts" would be a quick feature to implement, and save some precious cpu cycles :)

    Don't worry, it's not a strain. :)

That still doesn't solve having to go looking for another thread I posted on to find the link to all my posts :)

There's a link on the statistics tab on your profile page which is linked from every page on the site. :)

Or, you could bookmark this: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/search.php?do=finduser&u=1746

Now bookmarked, how come the URL when clicking on the user menu (when you click on "Conor" for example) gives a url of http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/search.php?searchid=7785382 instead of the form you gave above? (or quickly change to it after loading).

vBulletin saves search results and re-uses them. In that URL above, 7785382 is the ID of the saved search. They expire though, so unfortunately you can't effectively share those links.

This is something that will be looked at when we work on improving boards.ie search.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
