UPC - Cisco EPC2425 - Can't change DNS

    Hi Everyone,
I have got a problem: When I am trying to change Primary / Secondary DNS from these provided by UPC to say OpenDNS, router reboots and after reboot, but before it connects to WAN, I can see these new DNSes. But they lasts only until connection to WAN is established - then router somehow magically restores default DNSes that UPC have provided.

Has anyone tried / succeeded with changing DNSes on this modem/router & ISP? Obviously I do not have access to Advanced menu...

Any help will be much appreciated.
    Thanks,

I've had that problem too, along with a number of other problems.

I've tried to log the faults with UPC but their frontline tech support simply aren't interested and keep referring me to the premium support line.
All I want is to do is report the bugs...

The combo doesn't seem ready for the "big time" yet and needs a few firmware refreshes from UPC (as it is their firmware) and UPC also need a specific and simple way of reporting bugs, if they want to be taken seriously.

I have the same issue. This is not a flexible router. Pain.

Try changing the dns on you local computer (if you only have a few machines on your router)
