    €400pp for the twin.

Are there ensuite bathrooms or do ye share the one?

When I started College I was in a similar situation. The double roon has an ensuite so iirc the rent was equal for all rooms as the two of us in the double had a bathroom to ourselves.

Assign a weighting that places importance on having a single room

In this example - the two people in the twin represent one person each and everyone in the single rooms represents 1.25 people (in other words, how much extra is it worth to have your own room?).

Therefore, this says 7 (4x1.25 + 2) people in the house.

    This means €370 per person

Thus twin pay €370 each and single rooms pay €465 (370 x 1.25) each.

Play with the weighting to find values that everyone is happy with.
