Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone got any experience of these ? Looking at a 2001 in't UK for she-who-must-be-obeyed, purely for the MPG it returns. Trouble is, the car is £2000+(warranted low milage) and we live up a remarkably steep hill  and I'm wonderin if she'll burn the clutch out after about four weeks ?

    Thanks

Definitely WTF – I know starter cars can be relatively expensive, but €2k for a 8+ year old car.

Just goes to show what I know... Peugeot themselves are asking up to €3k :o

BTW, a brand new spanking 107 can be got for €11k

calculate what you'll actually save on fuel, road tax for example is 357 as opposed to 170 for a 1.0 petrol car. Also, a 7 year old diesel won't be as efficent as it was when new. petrol 106 models can be picked up for pennies.
