Someone mentioned poker on the Chambers thread and it got me thinking. I used to play a lot with my ex and his buddies but none of my girlie mates are interested. Are there any good (not too serious) poker nights that go on around the city?

Most of the tournaments are newbie friendly.The thusday night freeroll is ever popular and never takes itself too seriuosly also a good 30euro game on sunday afternoons 4pm.

Quinlans in Blackpool had a game every Tuesday night played it a few times and the BTown bar normally runs one on Monday nights but I think that may be only during college terms!
