Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was wondering if anyone using Picasa had a problem installing?
When I try to install it says that the current user cannot install or update applications.I am the administrator on my computer and have tried right clicking the setup file and trying Run as Administrator but nothing has worked.I've looked everywhere but cannot find anything.BTW I'm using Vista Home Premium.

I really have no idea - but just wonder would it help to create a 2nd administator?

    1. Click Start go to settings and click Control Panel.
    2. Click User Accounts and Family Safety.
    3. Under User Accounts, click Add or remove user accounts.
    4. Click Create a new account.
    5. Type in the account name. Select the account type: Administrator.
    6. Click Create Account.
    Worth a try!

Have you tried to install anything else? Is it a general problem or specific to Picasa? Have you recently installed any updates? and do you have a restore point that will bring you back to a time when you could install without this error message?

Just a few things to think about
