Id like to report a user and have no clue how do to so. He has taken my username 'QOTSA90' and incorporated it into his new one 'QOTSA90isgay' -.- He has created this new profile to get back at the moderator 'Hilly Billy' and user 'Martron' to whom he has taken a strong disliking towards. please refer to the 'DCN…
