    Crystal may have had the "best" voice in the competition but Lee is so much more commercial. Neither of them were the stereotypical Idol contestant but Lee fit the image a lot better than Crystal, he'll be easier to market and his style is much more radio-friendly.

    That said, Crystal will also have a huge career, now that they've both been signed :D I just hope that they won't try to change them - their originals are incredible and they should be allowed to be those kind of artists.

    As for it being fixed, Lee's fanbase is phenomenal - absolutely huge and religiously dedicated, it was no shock that he won and I am absolutely delighted ;D

    I really like his version of Beautiful Day, though I'm still a bit stumped about why he picked it :P

    David Cook was already committed to a charity event and Adam Lambert was apparently preparing for his tour.

    It definitely won't be the same with Simon... I can't see it lasting beyond next season :(
