Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why were you down the other end?

A good question and it's really all down to UEFA regulations where you cannot be pitchside.

Plus I was second shooter for someone else who was positioned at the far end from me.

    Matt?

Do UEFA control all the media access for Irish clubs involved in Europe? Is your LOI pass no good on European nights?

No the clubs control access and the League media pass is not sufficient for European games.

There are strict regulations on where you can be snapping from and the rules come into force 90 minutes before kick off. You cannot be pitchside, must be behind the advertising hoardings behind either goal.

I cheated and had open access, all within the rules of course :D

UEFA have also used one of my images from the previous tie to highlight this weeks return leg with Krylya Sovetov
