    Does anyone here have a contact name or email for someone of authority in Smart Telecom.
    (I dont expect it posted here obviousally but a PM would be nice):)
    Talking to customer service reps is a waste of time.

    Am hopeing to get a more specific email for someone higher up.
    CS Reps are a waste of time.
    Have email for CS manager but can not even get an acknowlegement from her.
