    Hi all,

    I am considering making an offer on an apartment in Temple Grove, Carr's Hill, Douglas, Cork.

    Does anyone have any experience of this area?

    Secondly, has anyone bought an apartment here recently and how much did you offer? Does anyone think an offer of €250 on an apartment listing for €280 is realistic?
