would this spray be ok to use on my dish?.

    I'd use something paler. Not Black. In sunny weather the dish will warm up too much and the heat could be focused on LNB.

    eggshell finish, Satin maybe if you use a fine sandpaper on it to take any gloss off. Professional dishes use a dull mid grey, but any sade not bright & shiny or Not dark is OK

    It's great paint for chrome or shiny aerials. (I've used it for that). Ordinary black paint flakes off chrome-work or aerials easily. That actual paint great also on Shiny Stainless whip aerial to make it black too.
