Well, this weekend was a raving success. Played my first bit of poker on Friday night. Came 2nd in a $10 freezout on ipoker for a $729 win.
Then won the Presidents Prize in the Golf on Saturday night.
It's all about the balance

Did pretty good this month

got my roll for 20$ double ups

final tabled twice for 2 seconds place.

didnt play as much black jack.

Should add to the list dont go on a 55 hour bender with the lads and not to go to Galway this weekend for beer,women and casino's with the money you won this month.

Who knows I might win big in the casino :P

Got out of my downswing and got rolled up for 50NL! Though I hit a bit of a snag and will be back to 20NL for a few days till my RB kicks in at the start of next month.

Went on a nice heater at the start of the month! We gotta do another one of these for September it's like magic!

Should be more of a Season Poker Goals not monthly. Should start the Autumn one in September..Winter in December etc

just as a matter of interest digi how many BIs would you feel comfortable with playing exclusively HU?

(or do you separate your rolls into HU and 6-max rolls?)

I keep the rolls on the same site but just play whatever level I am rolled for. I think 30 is ok for 400nl 6max as a part time player is ok. I usually add on 5bi for each level up as a rule.

Hu though I think 70 is a min and 100 if you are playing deep tables. 20-30 bi swings are very easy to have in a very short space of time. Also if you intend on only playing complete donks then less is fine. But against players were u have a smaller edge then 70 I would go for

Again not concentrating on poker too much this month as exams are the priority. Once they're done though I plan to ease myself back into the grind.

Was happy with my play, butchered one hand and made two other minor errors but overall played well considering it was only my second live tournament of the year and first since Easter. Now that I'm closer to town I plan on playing live one a week, think it should be profitable for me.

Add another 406 hands to that, and take away a massive 4 buy-ins from the profit figure, played some fcuking terrible poker tonight.

Yep, played about 100 MTT online and show profit of 9k Euro in MTT online this month - best month ever. Had my biggest single win online of 4k
