XBOX - NO VIDEO ?

I bought a couple of xbox's cheap for parts, one of them boots up and seems to work as i can hear the flubber audio but there is no video output, seller said that the previous owner tried to flash the bios to NTSC but failed. Where should i start to fix this, how can i re flash the bios - its not chipped.
