Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Damp Inspector

Can anyone recommend a professional who is knowledgeable of best building practice who can inspect to determine if there is an inherent problem with damp-proofing in a modern residential building.
I'm looking for someone who would only inspect and provide written report, not someone who will then fix the issue.
The damp problem may be due to the occupier interfering with ventilation even though vents are present.
    The area is Dublin 15.

BTW should built-in wardrobes be built backing on to external walls as opposed to internal walls?

Thanks. I'm not sure they'll be able to help as the building is of block/concrete construction with PVC windows.
