Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i've just found out these exist and i'm trying to find out if anyone in ireland stocks them and if they can be used with a gas hob or if it has to be an electric one.
Has anyone got one or know anyone who has one.
    thanks

    Hey

I've tried to get one of these recently. I've given up! AEG make one as do De Dietrich. I've called KAL in citywest, inhouse on the longmile road and mailed a bunch of suppliers, even one up the north. Some of the replies were "I've never heard of that, it sounds like a hoover" (I'd explained the carbon filtering etc) and "think they're about 5-6k". I had found some online, AEG makes one around the £999 mark but I cant get it supplied in Dublin.
If I could get an extractor that came from the ceiling but could retract back upwards when not in use, that would be ideal. I just want it out of eyesight unless using it. If someone comes across one of those or there are any budding entrepreneurs out there..theres an idea!

Good luck in the search, let me know if you source one.
    thanks
