Well, as the title says, what's on your subbed list? Which forums have you subscribed to?

I'm guessing mine will be by far the nerdiest... Anyway, here it is:

    Clearasil & Hormones
    Expand Your Horizons
    Humanities
    Leaving Cert
    Mathematics
    Moderators
    Philosophy
    Physics & Chemistry
    Popular Science

    So, what's on yours?

Hidden forums. Despite the fact that they're just... forums... the curiosity, it burns.

Would be awesome if we could have an "open day" once or twice a year where we can view these magical forums but NOT post in them.

95% of them are, for the general poster, rubbish. Most of them are just for a group of friends to talk or whatever, a lot of the rest are "novelty" forums. I'm in about 10 private forums, and the best of the ones that I'm in is probably Lolocaust (it's pretty easy to get into, too).

Smoking is dead now, they cleared the archive so I think there's about 5 threads.

It's not one I was ever a member of. Most of the ones that were good (before my time here) are dead now too, it's a pity (and it now seems to be harder to get a private forum created).

I had no problems creating one.

How long ago? It seems to be harder recently.

It's not as if I want/need a private forum. I do have a current forum request, though (see sig.)...

    Hmmmmmmmmm....how easy?

They're trying to reduce private forums now because of the social groups function.

As far as I know, you have to be a member for at least 6 months, have 500+ posts and be over 18 (which, if that's true, is the nail in the coffin for you:o). Of course, the final say is up to the moderators. Just drop one of the mods a PM requesting access, and they'll quickly let you know.

P.S. Don't do that for most private forums, as most of them are actually private.

Yah, apparently. I haven't seen too many private forums been made recently.
