    Hia All,

    I hope this is the correct forum, I have checked but cannot find a specific forum for this.

    I am looking for advice on either LCD/Plasma TV repairs in the midwest or some advice [DIY?] on fixing our 42" Goodmans GTV42P4.

    Recently have had issues with picture flickering and screen seeming to fade colours/defenition etc. Seems to be from top down on the screen.

    The bottom menu, on screen [setup, volume, brightness etc ] , if I use it is perfect and the flickering does not seem to affect this, which seems kind of strange.

    Any help or thoughts very welcome!
