Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

HDMI Female to Mini HDMI Type-C Male Adapter

    My wife has just bought a cannon with HD video recording capability.
    Our PC does not have a hdmi input.

    The camera has a mini HDMI connector output.
    To playback via our TV, which has a standard size HDMI connector, I need an
    adaptor to use our existing HDMI cable.
    known as :- HDMI Female to Mini HDMI Type-C Male Adapter (now I know !)

    Maplin has one for Euro 53.00 (Yes ! Fifty three euros ).
    I've tried on the net for a source and could not find one that would supply the item even when available. Amazon.co.uk have one but will not ship to Ireland.
    Some USA sites found but would not ship outside USA/Canada....
    Is there some strategic aspect ot HDMI that is vital to the war on terrorism ??? :confused:
    I did find a suitable HDMI cable locally for about Euro 33, but it was only a metre long !
    And i want to use my existing long HDMI cables

    Anybody know where this item is available at a reasonabvle price ??
