Did anyone mention the pitchers of Bavaria in The Cellar yet?

Pitcher of Bavaria = €5 (Tuesdays)

3 pints in their pitchers so €1.67/pint!!!
Hold onto your pitcher though, they run out after a while so keep it for top-ups.

    Ones I know about:
    • Tig Ceoli - €4.10 now €3.95
    • Murty Rabbittes - €4.00 now €3.something
    • Crane - €4.00 - now €3.90

McSiwggans this week has a sign up saying €3.00 pints for February: didn't notice it earlier in the month, so it may be a one-week-only stunt.

Wow, the musicians are losing out. I remember when my pals got free or €1 a pint, then it was €2! Then again they did get very thirsty playing, so profit margins may have been low! (talking about musician prices in general not BaC)

Yep Mcswiggins has been 3e since the Oyster Festival. It worked well so they kept it going. They take down the sign during the day to make room for a food discount sign. Kennedys and Paddys are doin it as well now.

I moved from galway about 5 months ago to scotland to go to uni. The price difference in drink is astronomical! In our Uni bar, you can get a 4 pint pitcher of carlsberg or some other larger for £4! Its amazing! and in most clubs and pubs a vodka and mixer is £1, granted the measures for vodka here are 25ml not 33ml like in ireland, but still.

Yes in some kip of a Wetherspoons surrounded by scousers... I'd rather pay €10 a pint in Galway.

Prices can change everyday. The prices of alcohol in Ireland must remain the same from start of business to close. . So the like of happy hours can't be had, so as not to encourage binge drinking.
