I'll be ready anytime after 10 am, starting out from Finglas, can go anywhere, don't care where, as long as its not raining.

Thanks. I use the acf-50 everywhere but I do be very carful not to contaminate the brake pads or disc with it.

I warm the can up in warm water give it a good shake and spray a light coat everywhere . I then apply it to the hard to reach areas and areas lose to the brakes with a microfibres cloth.

You can use ACF50 on EVERYTHING apart from the brakes. Take the seat of the bike and fairings if you can and spray to all the electrics etc. its totally safe. Best to leave it overnight and wipe off the excess the next morning. Its designed to "creep" into every nook and cranny and is totally safe with electrics.

Keep the one cloth just for ACF50 and it will be great for wiping alloys etc.

    However,

When using it on the body work apply to a cloth and then to fairing and buff it off after 5mins or so. You dont want it creeping in fairings it can put a "thinge" on the colour if left for ages.

Its absolutely brilliant stuff. Its quite a thick forumula and I have seen it sold in a fine mist spray also.....you can leave the can in hot water for 5mins or so to make it a thinner solution so to speak.

This is what you want if you can source it closer to home, the ACF50 and the spray bottle.

I have a bottle of the stuff that you use to fill a spray bottle.
Didn't think it would be safe on the fairings.
I feel some cleaning therapy coming on,
    Thanks lads
    Mark.
    :)
Ps this is where I got it

Yes, best anti corrosion solution around for the money. Really should start using it towards the end of summer to coat the bike for winter but its a great product use sparingly and the bottle will last an age.

I went to a few of the spots last year but never followed it up. It's a great way to see the country and get away from the normal routes that we all fall into.
I must have a look at the website to see this years locations

Sure is! Was looking for somewhere quiet to eat my lunch and ended up out here. Worked out well because I could photo Martello Tower from across the beach and didn't have to go back through the town to get there :D

Need to do a few things to it first. It's been in a garage for 2 years and isn't running right. Want to change the plugs, battery and oil anyway. Unreal sound out of it though, unbelievably light compared to a 1200gs adventure with panniers!
Yeah, red is the fastest, was a black one for sale too, but if you're getting a ducati you really have to get the red one.

Got it in your neck of the woods, Longford! Guy who owned it went to australia, his dad was selling it for him.
Haven't even driven it properly yet, picking it up from my folks gaff tomorrow, so hopefully it's a dry evening

The BMW is mine, and the Vespa WAS mine many, many moon's ago!.

I met the ex at a scooter run yesterday, great craic altogether. She was black when I owned her, but the new owner has done a remarkable tribute to Joey Dunlop on it.

I even got to take her on a short little ride, brilliant little machines :D

I love scooters, my first bike was a 1969 Lambretta 150 Grand Prix, always wanted to buy another one to restore for the sake of nostalgia & to ride once again

Had a Heinkel Tourist after that, proper war horse
