    dunboynepowdercoating.com or tallaghtpowdercoating.ie

though tallaght is about twice as expensive mind you (think 180e a set of wheels)

Theres also Spirit Coatings in Northwest Business Park,Ballycoolin....directly opposite Leslie Reynolds stainless steel stockholders.

heres my fizzer after a quick wash, but the wheels are filthy again, im thinking of having them painted black, or powder coated. any ideas of who could powder coat them for me?

Did you have to get an extra plate for that back box (coz of the under seat exhaust) or does it mount with an normal plate?

no the fazer mounting bars are just angled up higher, its a normal m5 plate and 351fz monorack bars, i bought it from http://www.accessorimotostore.com/
and total cost including p+p was 245 for case, plate, bars

    Nice one...

What size is that back box....would it take a helmet and a few other small bits?

its the givi v46. 46 litres, it takes 2 full size helmets and theres a small compartment to store photocopied insurance, tax, reg and such, but if you have a flip up lids then you should go for next size up so they dont scratch inside, personally i fit a small toolbox with tyre kit, few screwdrivers and cable ties, rain pants and pillion lid, so yeah plenty of space, plus theres a bungie inside to keep lids from moving so well worth the money

The difference between the 2 bikes is night and day im made up with it:D

On the 250 it was just pinned everywhere you went

Never got a spin of it before the system went on but my mate with the 600rr couldnt get over how quick it was compared to his

Need to get a set of tyres as the back is totally squared off, the previous owner mustnt have liked corners;)

I would recommend a set of PR2's, if it was coming into winter I would have said PR3's.

I would take a spin upto Crossans with you if ya wanna get them up there....any excuse for a spin like!!!!!

and this is why you don't rush a wheel change, even if it does start raining two minutes before you're due to go out qualifying :o

It's a rear brake caliper hanger. I never noticed that my rear wet didn't have the slim spacer on the brake disc side. Rookie mistake that could have been ugly.
