It's gets a lot more attention than the other two.
Almost guaranteed if I stop somewhere,a random stranger will come over looking at it and try to guess what it is.
Nearly all think it's a KTM!

Collection not big enough in my opinion.
I seem to have this permanent itch of wanting something else.
A big sporty V twin would slot into the collection nicely I reckon!:pac:

Blade1, I presumed that was a KTM too :) What is it?

Knew it wasn't a ktm, was thinking mz or ccm. Very cool all the same.
No collection is ever big enough.
Formula for how many bikes you should have = n + 1, where n = the number of bikes you currently own. :D:p

Heres a shot of the collection squeezed into my 10ft x 10ft shed. Tight squeeze to say the least!

Cheers blue. The bird is actually dirty in that photo compared to when I picked it up. I posted the same pic in another forum and one guy said i shoud scrub the cans clean!!
Theyre perfectly clean as they are I think :D
The power and comfort of the bird will make up for the loss of the 600 for sure.

Autosol is your friend with those can's, with some elbow grease you can get them almost as good as new.

http://www.cbrxx.com/ is a great resource for blackbird's and also http://www.jaws-motorcycles.co.uk/ for parts etc. - check out the regulator rectifier, its one part you got to keep an eye on unless the previous owner upgraded/replaced

Best of luck with it! :)

    Cheers for the heads up!
Had a gander at these sites when I was researching before purchasing.
Once I've a bit of space freed in the shed I'll check over the r/r.

New Bird, imported it from the UK myself as I couldn't find anything clean enough here. The wash and polish is courtesy of Brian at "Dublin Motorcycle Valeting"

Lovely machine. Fair play for going to the effort of importing. Sterling vs the euro is frightening at the moment though.

I know, but all the bikes I looked at here just didn't do it for me. It did end up costing me a bit but since it's a keeper, I didn't really mind.
