    Well, this is my 5,000th post. I know that it's in fashion nowadays to start one of these threads after your 10,000th (or even 15,000th) post, but I thought I would go ahead anyway because I've been here for three and a half years. More than enough time to be entitled to such a blatant act of attention whoring, I would reckon. Even if you can't thank my posts in Feedback. ;)

    I joined Boards initially to troll and to act a major tit. However, I was swiftly sucked in by the genuine sense of camaraderie and amity shown by users to other posters on this site. Far from the ban heavy, fun-free zone its reputation suggests, I discovered that there was serious joy to be had in posting on this site, so accordingly I only act a minor tit.

    As a poster, I'm not the most helpful or informative when it comes to contributing in serious threads. I usually take a back-seat to the grown-ups who know what they're talking about. But that's one of the things I love about Boards. Serious and respectful threads are often kept that way and can really open your eyes to the world around you. And some of the funniest threads in here have had me spitting lovely mouthfuls of tea all over my unfortunate, but trousered lap.

    That's all I have to say really. Boards is a excellent site that's used by often brilliant, exceptionally kind and very witty people, myself included. I wont thank anyone specifically because you're all equally responsible for the high opinion I have of this site. Except corkstudent, that guy really got on my nerves.

    Yeeey! I already have 1000 posts and I only started actively posting in June. That's what the summer hols do to ya. Must say, it's a great forum. Dubious at first, I thought there was too much forums (never signed up to a board with so many forums...). But they all have their own community. Anyway, were very helpful for the JC exams, now great for discussion and fitness tips. :)
    When the LC comes, I'll once again be overposting the LC forum.

    No but modding pro-wrestling is definitely -1 life point.
    I'm -3 life points for modships alone and +.5 for rock and metal.
    But that's ok. I have other hobbies. Hand grinding coffee beans. Staring obsessively out the window. Counting the number of letters in every post I make.
    That sort of thing.

    It's not great anyway. LIDL since the recession. I've had nicer coffees puked back in my face the morning after.
