Car Giant - Anyone have any dealings with them?

Hi all,

just wondering if any of you have purchased a motor from Car Giant in the UK.

I keep any eye on their website and have to say that they seem pretty good. Might not be the cheapest available on the net but all the cars appear to be in v good condition.

Looking for something like a diesel Pug 407 or Toyota avensis diesel.

I can personally recommend Motorpoint in Newport, South Wales. Straight, honest, good prices, good service.

I bought a 4 month old Corsa from them last year, best car purchase I've ever made.

4 months? VRT and VAT, ouch!

+1 Two cars from them myself, although their prices are up notably in the last 12 months.

Sorry for being a bit thick:o but was it cargiant or motorpoint that you have dealt with in the past?

I wish I had the cash to splash on a new motor but I'm think that something around 5000 pounds would be the limit before VRT:mad: etc.

Thats why I'm liking the type of motor on cargiant, good service history, clean cars, motorway miles etc.

I live in hope....:)

It was Motorpoint Patzer, but they are mostly nearly new cars, given your budget you could do worse than try Cargiant.
