Are Park Gate Street Nice Apartments

    Looking at Apartments seen a good few Park Gate Place looks like the best.

    Any thoughts are they nice ?

    Do you live in them ?

    What do you think ?

    What Are the Perks ?

    Is there a swimming pool.... :)

    Tennis Court Fishing maybe

    You looking at renting or buying?

    A friend lives in Parkgate Place.

    The apts on the lower ground floor, not on the riverside would be a bit dark on the inside.

    No pool, no tennis and no fishing :D

    Perks are your close to the Luas and the City

    is it safe that would be my main concern mate. whats the best shoppping location. would be renting

    Your first post didn't mention anything about safe. Yes it is.
    Best shopping location?
    Your 5 minutes from the centre of the city, you would be spoiled for choice for shopping.

    what are the apartments like on the liffey side ? can you hear the trains during the nite ?

    I would like to bring this thread up again.
    Currently looking to rent in that area and Park Gate Place seams nice location.
    Anyone living there that can give some opinions about these apartments ?

    Hi, we bought in Parkgate Place a few years ago and are very happy here - its quiet, safe and well maintained, all common areas are cleaned weekly and there is good security. There's a mix of families and couples and there are never loud parties - that I can hear anyway. Quite a few owner occupiers and its pet friendly.
