Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A question for auto electricians. Is this dynamo any good?

Dynamo 12V / 38 AMP Diameter 90mm to fit air cooled VW.

Would it be any good for powering utilities such as a decent stereo, sub woofer or an auxilary battery?

It is a bloody expensive €459.00 replacement for an original 6 volt Dnamo that I want to replace.

I would have to change the block if I wanted to fit a standard more powerful 75 amp alternator.
