Hi all,

Hope I have the right forum We got UPC installed today, only to discover when we turned on the tv that some channels like Hallmark are not included in the basic package, even though we were told they were we rang up to enquire. When we called back to order that particular bundle of channels and pay the extra money, we were told that Hallmark and other channels are not available in Kildare and other areas such as Carlow. The girl on the phone didnt know why and I was wondering if anyone here can shed any light (A) as to why they are available in Dublin/Galway/Waterford but not Kildare? and (B) any idea as to when they might be available?
