I am on the 7.6mb Business package, I can download at the max of my lines ability but latency in the evenings seems to goto hell. I know congestion should be the reason but my download speeds are not getting that badly affected.

Pings to boards are well in the 300's

On a tracert my first hop is over 180ms..

    2 295 ms 296 ms 293 ms bas508.cwt.esat.net [193.95.136.245]
    3 272 ms 265 ms 264 ms vlan501.rt502.cwt.esat.net [193.95.137.125]
    4 266 ms 274 ms 292 ms vlan52.rt001.cwt.esat.net [193.95.130.145]
    5 290 ms 290 ms 303 ms ge0.br001.cwt.esat.net [193.95.129.4]
    6 284 ms 279 ms 275 ms to-inex-dub-deg-gw.digiweb.ie [193.242.111.20]
    7 271 ms 273 ms 326 ms ip-89-234-66-107.dedi.digiweb.ie [89.234.66.107]

    my line stats are
Mode: G.DMT Type: Interleave Line Coding: Trellis On Status: No Defect Downstream Upstream Rate (Kbps): 7616 672 SNR Margin (dB): 14.0 12.0 Attenuation (dB): 10.0 4.5 Output Power (dBm): 3.3 1.6

Any ideas? The power levels look low...
