Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's what happens when you bring out a design like the Fiesta - the success goes to your head. I wonder what happened to the guy(s) who started Ferrari? ;)

Ew.... a city for Fords. Just owning a Ford is bad enough, imagine living in one.

I think Henry Ford was really the most amazing man... ever.

People sometimes forget the impact the Model T had. Few people recognise the impact the Model F Fordson had. Both vehicles revolutionised transport and agriculture respectively, and were largely responsible for the world moving away from the horse and towards mechanisation.

That is not to mention is far sighted industrial relations policies, his development of mass production, and his social conscience. He was a flawed man in some respects, but a hell of a lot more important in world history than Enzo Ferrari or to be honest any other industrialist of the past 200 years.

I think Larry Page and Sergey Brin get closest to his spirit and outlook nowadays.
