Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
after reading an Edge article on the new Kodu game maker I logged onto XBLA for the first time in ages.
I hunted about for the Community Live games, XNA launcher or as they have been rebadged, Xbox Live Indie Games.
Nothing came up, even when I searched the online site.
Then I changed region to the UK and there it was!
So, how do I get a hold of this software?
I wasn't aware there were regional differences between us and the UK, and one of these differences happens to be Kodu and the whole XNA thing.

Can anyone tell me how to access this content?
Can I change the region of my 360?

If you can use this stuff, let me know how.

    Thanks

Just got off the phone with a rep in Xbox 360 support and they were very helpful...

Only kidding, they were useless, the woman didn't seem to know what I was talking about and when I explained again she just rattled off that if I can't see the info on the Xbox360 Ireland page then it's not available, no talk of when, or how or anything else.

Not that hapy at all with this, seems there's a huge library of games out there that we Irish have no access to.
Here's hoping they correct this soon, although from the call I had with them, they don't even know there's a problem.

Not sure if you got my message on XBL or Text. The indie games aren't on the Irish XBL due to licencening laws. You can download the demo of Kodu on the US XBL. It's very reminicent of LBP but not as easy as you start with a blank canvas. I imagine you could easily make a Mario Clone if you had the patience and talent.

Get yourself a US account and try it out.
