I'd imagine some of the stalls at the RDS would have it as the horseshow is on at the moment.

If it is for boots or a leather jacket rather than a saddle you can get leather wax in most good shoe shops and camping equipment shops. It is very similar to saddle soap.

If it is for an actual saddle... as Wish said
